We're not a big fan of rules but as the forum grows we feel it's time to set some ground rules for us to follow. They are all common sense but some people need to have rules that are spelled out clearly.

First we'd like to point out that the forum management is TheToro, OldSchool, IRONCITYPETE, and Kipper. TheToro is Mario Lemieux of The Pens Forum. They volunteer their time and efforts to this forum with zero compensation. They run this site and that will never change. The end.

Second we'd like to say that we love the forum the way it is and nothing is going to change. If you want to call TheToro, OldSchool, ICP or Kip (or any other member) a cocksucking, pig fucking, dickless bag of shit...Go ahead.

Now to the rules *spit*.

1. If a Mod tells you something in regards to conduct on the board it must be taken seriously. If you are confused about whether the Moderator or Admin is being serious, Send them a PM and ask them via PM rather than out on the Board to avoid any back and forth conflicts that clutter up the board that would be subjected to deletion or being moved.

2. The Penguins Board is used to discuss Pittsburgh Penguins hockey period. It's not a place to discuss if you would tap some woman or excessive posts joking around about someone's ole lady or other excessive joking etc... It's a place to discuss Pittsburgh Penguins content. All other posts are subject to being moved to a more appropriate board on the forum.

3. Actions of Moderators and Admins are not to be discussed anywhere on the Forum. If anyone has a problem with anything a Mod or Admin says or does then address a Mod or Admin of your choice in a PM about your complaint. Failure to do this will result in posts being DELETED and/or MOVED and consequences will be dealt with depending on how many "strikes" you have against you.

4. Spamming or releasing a member of this Forum's Personal Information will result in an Instant Permanent Ban. No questions asked.

5. Creating Multiple Aliases will result in an Instant Permanent Ban. It's annoying and gay.

6. Threatening another Member in the Forum or Via PM's will result in an Instant Permanent Ban.

7. No Personal Attacks. Joking around with each is always acceptable but attacking someone will result in a Warning. After that warning, any further instance is subject to that member being banned.

8. Unfortunately no porn.

9. Don't be a dickbag to first time posters. If you feel the need to insult someone's first post on this board keep it to yourself. We're sure they don't appreciate taking the time to join this board and sharing their opinions/ideas only to be shit on.
